Which destinations can you ask about?
We welcome inquiries from the United States, Canada and other destinations. Availability is checked for your items and postcode; submitting a request does not mean every country or product can be served. International shipping is quoted for the actual parcel.
Which items can we accept?
Our regular service covers lawful, in-stock, non-hazardous products that can be safely checked and shipped. We reject illegal goods, suspected counterfeit or infringing items, weapons, controlled goods and dangerous goods. Preorders, custom items, food, medicines, liquids, powders and batteries need a separate assessment and may be declined.
Extra detail, only when you want it
Detail photos, measurements, detailed visible checks, product videos, simple power-on checks and packing videos are optional. The published service menu explains the price and limits of each.
If the seller sends the wrong thing
We document visible problems and coordinate with the seller. We ask for your decision if the price changes or the item becomes unavailable. If we make an ordering error, we correct it and cover reasonable direct correction costs. Read the returns and issue policy.
