No buying fee or minimum buying fee applies to accepted regular in-stock items. Products, domestic delivery, international shipping, packing materials, parcel service and approved extras still cost money. Your quote separates these charges.

We check accessible quantity, style and color, size labels and visible condition. Each seller parcel gets one overall arrival photo. Evidence photos of obvious issues we find are also included. These are not authenticity, material, safety or full function checks.

Yes, accepted items from different sellers can be brought together. Ordinary consolidation has no additional labor charge. Materials and any agreed special packing are listed in the parcel quote.

Our current service starts with products you have already found. Send Taobao or Pinduoduo links and exact options. Product sourcing is not part of the current offer.

Yes. Individuals and small businesses use the same inquiry form. Quantities, categories and seller conditions are reviewed individually; submitting a list is not a guarantee that every order can be accepted. When secure uploads are available, business buyers can include a CSV or XLSX shopping list in the inquiry form. Otherwise, mention your list and we can arrange a private way to receive it.

You can send an inquiry for these or other destinations. We check feasibility for your actual products and destination postcode. We do not promise worldwide coverage or a fixed delivery time.

There are two stages. Before purchasing, you pay for products, domestic delivery and necessary costs known at that point. After arrival checks, you pay the agreed parcel service, materials, optional services and international shipping before dispatch. Payment instructions are provided with an accepted quote; submitting the inquiry takes no payment.

USD, CAD, EUR and GBP. Each quote states its RMB reference exchange rate and is valid for 48 hours. Prices, availability and the exchange rate are rechecked after expiry. A paid quote does not switch currencies.

The free-storage end date is stated in your quote. There is no single fixed period promised for every order. We notify you before the agreed deadline; extensions, return or disposal arrangements must be explained and accepted beforehand.

We document obvious issues and coordinate with the seller. If we made the ordering error, we correct it and cover reasonable direct correction costs. Seller returns, buyer changes and unrecoverable expenses depend on the circumstances and the seller’s policy. See the returns and issue policy for detail.

No. Photos and visible checks show accessible condition at a point in time. They do not certify authenticity, material composition, safety, durability or hidden defects. Your photo approval does not remove our responsibility for our own errors.
