These terms describe our link-based buying service. Your accepted written quote adds the item-specific scope, costs and deadlines.

1. What the service covers
China Cart Desk provides independent buying assistance for customers who supply Taobao or Pinduoduo product links. We review the requested items and destination, place accepted orders after available funds are received, carry out agreed arrival checks and coordinate consolidation and dispatch. We are not affiliated with those marketplaces.
2. Inquiry and acceptance
Sending an inquiry is not a purchase or a promise to accept the request. We review lawful, regular in-stock, non-hazardous items. We may decline requests that are unsafe, restricted, impractical or outside our scope. Seller availability and price can change until purchase. Please check the links, variants, quantities and destination information you submit.
3. Quotes and payment
Written quotes separate products and domestic expenses, international shipping, materials, optional services and parcel service charges. Quotes are in one selected currency—USD, CAD, EUR or GBP—with a stated RMB reference exchange rate and 48-hour validity. Expired quotes require reconfirmation. After payment, the quote currency stays fixed.
The first stage funds products, domestic delivery and known necessary costs before we buy. The second stage covers the agreed parcel service, materials, optional work and international shipping before dispatch. We do not advance funds. Use only payment instructions supplied with your accepted order; we never ask you to enter payment-card data into a message.
4. Included checks and optional work
The pricing page defines included checks and optional services. Basic checks cover accessible quantity, style/color, size labels and visible condition. They do not certify authenticity, materials, safety, durability or hidden defects. One overall photo per seller parcel and evidence photos of obvious issues are included. Your photo approval is not a waiver of our responsibility for our own errors.
5. Consolidation, storage and dispatch
Ordinary consolidation labor has no additional fee; materials and any special work are quoted. Each quote states a free-storage end date. We notify you before that deadline. Extension fees, return or disposal arrangements must be disclosed and accepted in the order terms beforehand. We do not promise indefinite storage.
Shipping feasibility and cost depend on the accepted goods, actual parcel and destination. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Customers pay destination duties, taxes and clearance charges unless the quote expressly includes them, and must provide accurate delivery and customs information.
6. Changes, cancellations and issues
If a seller price rises or an item is unavailable, we ask for your decision. Unused funds are returned if you do not proceed. After purchasing, a change of mind is subject to seller return rules and costs that cannot be recovered. We document and coordinate seller errors; we correct our own ordering mistakes and cover reasonable direct correction costs. See the returns and issue policy.
7. Records and communication
Email and your private order page form the record of quotes, approvals, specifications and updates. Keep your private link secure. Access to order details requires email verification. Do not submit another person’s personal information without their permission.
8. Your protections and contacting us
These terms do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If something is unclear, ask before accepting the quote. The contracting and billing details applicable to your order must be identified in the written quote before payment. Contact the buying desk with your reference for help.
