1. Send your shopping list
Include each product link, your chosen color, size or model, quantity, destination country and postcode. Individuals and small businesses use the same form. We reply within 2 business days. A request is not a purchase or a guarantee that an item can be accepted.
2. Review the purchase quote
We confirm the details, availability and service scope with you. Your quote uses USD, CAD, EUR or GBP and includes the RMB reference exchange rate. It remains valid for 48 hours; after that we recheck prices, stock and exchange rates before you pay.
3. See the arrival check
For each seller parcel, we check accessible quantities, style and color, size labels and visible condition. One overall arrival photo is included. If we notice an obvious problem, evidence photos are included too. You can request paid close-ups, measurements or videos before dispatch.
4. Approve your parcel
Once your items have arrived, we can bring them together. Ordinary consolidation has no additional labor charge; packing materials are identified in the parcel quote. Special packing is quoted for your approval first. The available shipping arrangement and cost depend on the actual parcel and destination.
How the two payments work
Stage 1 · Before purchasing
Products, seller domestic delivery and other necessary costs known at that point. We buy only after funds are received and available.
Stage 2 · Before dispatch
Parcel service, packing materials, approved optional services and international shipping. We send the parcel after this balance is paid.
Your private order page
Use your personal order link to review quotes, available arrival photos, status, payment records and messages. Email verification protects access to your order details. Keep that link private. Important decisions are recorded in your order or email conversation.
If something changes
We ask before proceeding if an item is out of stock or the seller price changes. We collect evidence and coordinate with sellers if an item arrives wrong, short or visibly damaged. See our returns and issue policy for who covers which costs.
Storage and delivery
Your quote states the free-storage end date. Extensions or other arrangements need agreed terms; storage is not indefinite. Customs duties, destination taxes and clearance costs are yours unless your quote explicitly includes them. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees.
