Optional services are included in the second-stage payment. We do not charge again to correct our own missed work or unusable photos. A new round with different instructions is a new service. Special packing materials and work beyond ordinary packing are quoted before we proceed.

How a zero buying fee is possible
We earn from the service portion of your parcel quote and any approved optional services. The amount left after direct parcel costs helps cover purchasing, receiving, checking, communication, payment processing, support and our time. We do not present our service charge as the carrier’s original shipping charge.
Currency, timing and other costs
Choose USD, CAD, EUR or GBP. Each quote uses one currency and states its RMB reference exchange rate. It is valid for 48 hours; the currency is fixed after payment. Any applicable payment costs must be disclosed before you pay. Destination duties, taxes and clearance charges are excluded unless explicitly included in your quote.
Free-storage dates are stated per order. We do not promise a fixed global shipping price, unlimited storage or the lowest total price for every order.
